New Balance Expands Chennai Footprint with new store at Express Avenue ! 

The newly launched store at Express Avenue marks the second store in the city.

Chennai, February 10th, 2026 – New Balance, the global brand known for its craftsmanship and innovation, today announced the opening of its second store in Chennai at Express Avenue Mall. The launch marks a meaningful step forward in the brand’s India journey and reinforces the brand’s focus on creating authentic retail experiences rooted in movement, culture, and design.

Actress Malavika Mohanan also joined the celebration, adding to a moment that brought together the city’s evolving cultural community. The launch momentum continued into the following morning with a New Balance community run,

bringing together more than 100 runners from across the city at Express Avenue Mall. The run

reflected a strong sense of community building and shared purpose that remains central to the New

Balance’s ethos, with participants also experiencing newly launched 1080 v15.
